Apple Onion Saute
Ingredients
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 teaspoon white pepper
In a small saucepan, cook onions and brown sugar in butter over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in the apples, salt and pepper; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Yield: 3-4 servings.
