Turkey Chili

3 15.5 oz Cans Black Beans
3 15.5 oz Cans Red Kidney Beans
3 14.5 oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
2 15.25 oz Cans Sweet Corn
1 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
4 packets of Chili O Mix
3 1/4 lbs Ground Turkey

Cook in a large cast iron dutch oven (it will just fit).

Brown the meat first, drain off any excess fat (may not be needed with turkey).
Add the other stuff.
Simmer for a while.

You can make your own Chili Seasoning rather than using Chili O Mix:

Ingredients
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Combine spices until evenly mixed together.
Store for up to 6 months in a sealed container in the pantry.
